The mods have been sh it since the very first mods were put in to place. Out of all the admins all the way back to Lucid, 2 have been good (Lucid is not one of the two.) The rest shouldn't be trusted to manage a lemonade stand let alone this website.
Dude, Paradox got banned. He didn't get a 1 day suspension. He got 2 bullsh*t vios for the same game and a bullsh*t vio for ISP in the same day cuz mods knew they could ban hammer.
Appeals system is basically useless as well because the mods don't even consider for a second they may have been wrong.
it's just especially sad how that guy was clearly putting serious effort into not breaking any rules anymore and you have to ban him with an absolute BS vio sht like this is a huge part of the reason why EM is dying
The fact is preposterous that you called yourself a role mod, who is supposed to read pastebins from cheating reports ten times longer than a post you've just quoted, and you paused after reading two sentences. Emphasizing your importance you're disgracing the role mod team implying that the fellow role mods give cheating verdicts based on reading maximally two sentences.

As the leader of the Role Mods, and the most important one, I must admit that I didn't read more than the first two sentences of this
I have analyzed the game and the report that was filed against Paradox42 for OGI and I'm merely disappointed with the role mods who put a "cheating" verdict on him.
Paradox42 acted like he knew sesameseedbagel was gunned. I have seen many single actions made by a player and somebody else correctly guessing the player, even acting like they saw it, where nobody was supposed to know who did this regardless of their role. However, I didn't see any of them getting a cheating violation for a single game during my 10-month role mod practice. Paradox42 seems to be the first guilty of given violation in a circumstance in which he correctly guessed the gunned.
Also, MachiKyouko pointed out hipfiring while commenting under the report against Paradox42 of a game where Paradox42 didn't have a gun.
I simply can't imagine Paradox42 using an outside tool to find out sesameseedbagel is gunned. This is simply ridiculous to suppose that within given 13 seconds, sesameseedbagel told Paradox42 that he was gunned using a tool outside EpicMafia game and Paradox42 in the game typed what they thought about sesameseedbagel's gunshot.
