women as a group are paid less, so what. an individual woman will earn more than a man if they put in the same amount of effort, so what's the problem.
Individually, no women are not disadvantaged. However, its wide-standing beliefs that women are not as strong, not as assertive, not as level-headed as men which leads to their disproportionate appearance in certain higher-level jobs.
Coupled with education at the lower levels, lack of encouragement to succeed, and partisan obstructionism when it comes to the health needs of women, women are not on equal playing ground as men are.
women don't earn less money for working the same jobs as men and it's been illegal to pay workers differently based on gender for years. the wage gap is a myth. men have no inherent advantages

The goal of feminism isn't to make women better than men. The idea stems from the reality that women are generally not treated as fairly in society than men are. The goal of feminism is to create equality between the sexes and allow for everyone to have the same opportunities. A feminist will generally also support making men's rights equal in those areas where they are not, like when it comes to custody battles.

I don't think a woman would let someone like yoyo who believes in scientifically outdated concepts like "Alpha Males" (the founder of the concept no longer believes in it, as new data on wolves has come to light.) even hold or kiss them, let alone sleep with them.
Also, being as I'm 6'7, I'd reckon I'm your Alpha.
