Even though we find a cure for aids and HIV let's outlaw it because without the cure fall back there would be less people but in the situation of unwanted aids and or HIV
Let's make people live with their decisions

utilitarian ethics in general is bankrupt af, mostly just fear of suffering swallowing up everything that's actually good in the world
definitely not. you can be pro choice while also holding the opinion that you yourself would never ever choose to have an abortion. being pro choice means you agree that every woman should be able to make that decision for herself.
Ok, so does prolife mean that you hold the opinion that you yourself might get an abortion lmao

there's an obvious contradiction in wiping out 90% of the human race that humanity might survive. the world is broken, just deal with it, do simple goods
Which is obviously why they need to be killed en masse
Whilst I don't endorse this, if there was a button that undid the existence of 90% of the world's population (ensuring that everyone I care about were safe and that the progression of science/technology /arts would be that which it is) I'd press it without hesitation.
I wonder if it would actually be possible to maintain the current rate of technological growth with only a tenth of the world's population. The funds that drive industrial and academic research largely come from labor that the "other 90%" contributes, so it would be interesting to see what substitutes the elite 10% would find to replace the work done by the masses.
At the same time, after erasing what we might consider to be the bottom 90% of humanity, a large part of the previous social elite would find themselves at the bottom of the social ladder. It's fascinating to think about how this would pan out.
Like you some of u people are stupid, without abortions you'd just have millions of young single mothers who can't afford to live increasing the amount of people on welfare which would also drastically increase your Taxes.
Without the abortion fallback there would be less people put in the situation of an unwanted pregnancy
No, I'm pro abortion. Way too many mediocre and unqualified people are born everyday.

Pro choice, which isn't necessarily pro abortion.
I think the two go hand in hand
definitely not. you can be pro choice while also holding the opinion that you yourself would never ever choose to have an abortion. being pro choice means you agree that every woman should be able to make that decision for herself.
