I think a better thing is for a patch to be put on everyone that makes them temporarily sterile till they can provide that they can provide for a child but thats just me.

if those dudes were in full awareness of the pregnancy, or at least if an attempt was made to make them aware, and did not sign that they would not be paying child support while the woman could have still conveniently aborted the child, then that's fair enough. otherwise it only seems fair to me men should get a say.
tbh i think if there is reasonable proof that a guy didnt want the kid and was trapped into it, he really shouldnt have to pay, because that's not his fault and its not like he can get an abortion........ but its rare that women are stupid enough to assume an oops child will save the relationship

I dont think that's correct because there's piece of dudes who goes around and has like 6 kids with 5 different women, he has to be held accountable to some degree.
i believe that if women have the right to abort, men should have the right to opt out of paying child support within the same time frame. in the interest of fairness, ofc.
when i was a kid i used to think abortions were really bad because the word "abortion sounds really harsh." they should rename it to something more happy sounding, or just call it a mulligan
