I'm not going to argue or pretend act like I'm morally superior or whatever, I just wanted to drop my two cents here and depart.

I agree, I'm not saying that the thread should be locked or deleted. I'm just being sensible and empathetic to the fact that this is a touchy subject to some and I want you to be mindful of that.
You're right, but I think it's wrong to completely disregard other people's feelings in some instances and a topic like this will likely end up doing just that.
EpicMafia forums isn't the place for this kind of discussion.

If a woman suicides after rap(e), should the rapist be convicted of murder?

there's also some interesting stuff there as to what the r-ape of a woman makes of her life, but it is pretty depressing. probably important to consider tho

Yeah i see what your talking about, what i was saying was murder can have circumstances where it is justifiable, rap(e) can not. Then what sims says do you think ruining an (innocent) life or ending one is worse. That is one i don't know how to answer.
it comes down to if ruining a life or ending one is worse

you're excluding things in the category which is murder, then coming to the conclusion that r-ape is absolutely worse even though there's a whole lot of stuff you haven't considered

I'm unsure how i'm misrepresenting the argument with killing. Even if the murder was an abortion it would still be justifiable, it was an unwanted pregnancy forced upon them.

no it ain't. his 'murder' is a straw man

You said the question was interesting then you said it was boring. Make up your mind.

that's actually an interesting question and your answer sucks. i dunno if shivv is just going for some comparison of r-ape to forcing a woman to give birth here tho, and then murder is the abortion which is less bad. the question's boring that way too

Yes there are times when killing someone is justifiable but rap(e) never has any justifications.

I'm not sure you are quite getting my point? You can't be pro life and also hold an opinion that you'd get an abortion yourself. The two are mutually exclusive.
However, you can be pro choice but also believe that you yourself would never choose to get an abortion. The two are not mutually exclusive. Being pro choice doesn't mean you definitely agree abortion is morally right, morals are subjective. It just means that you believe that each individual woman should have the right to be able to decide that for herself. Do you get what I mean?
