I really enjoy helping people out and I like Epicmafia, so it's a good mix. I really support sandbox's rules and want to help make sandbox into a more positive area where people feel involved and included.

I am a positive person who tries to stick to my word. I'm a team player by nature and have experience being in charge of large groups of people (I run an active facebook group with 1.5k members). I know how to handle myself professionally in a serious matter, but can also lighten up when not dealing with mod duties. My friends describe me as very level headed

I think people see me as friendly, a leader and hard working - as seen through my assassin games. I am committed to what I do and passionate. I don't think I'm aware of anyone in sandbox who dislikes me. Even if there are people who dislike me, it doesn't bother me.

I like for the most part the way things are going now, which is why I'm applying just now instead of before. I'd like to help out the community a bit, that's all basically.

I'm pretty active. I've always been unbiased and have given my opinions in basically everything based on what I think and not on who the person is. I understand how the rules and moderation work, and I understand that the position is not there just so my name appears at the top of the chatbox, but that I'll actually have something close to responsabilities with this.

This does not matter. You must realize the most negative people are the most vocal people and first impressions are everything. I do not know my general likeness nor do I care.

To update & conclude my application:

I am active and I am willing to moderate this lobby, that is clear, but that is something that anyone can say and anyone can do. Over the past couple of weeks I have been contributing to Sandbox in a positive manner. I am not just claiming that I can be a positive user to moderate Sandbox, I am proving it through actions. I have given hundreds of GOOD poll suggestions that can be used and more will be sure to come every day, I have brought up discussions because I am realistic in knowing that all 200+ of my poll suggestions won't be used but I know they are good and some of them are good enough to have their own discussion about. I have also brought in a new forum game to this lobby which I will be happy to continue if given positive feedback and responses. Along with those things, I also suggested many well liked changes for the lobby when Golbolco was temporarily owning Sandbox. I am an innovator, I have been proving that I am capable of going the extra mile for Sandbox and backing up what I said in my original application with actions. A moderator should be someone like that. Reamix took over the movie night idea and made it work well, she goes the extra mile for Sandbox and isn't just active and willing to moderate. She does more. Error has held contests in the past with prizes that he bought using his own money. He goes the extra mile for Sandbox. He does more. I am able to do more for the community with a plethora of ideas, some of which I have already implemented. I am able to go the extra mile for Sandbox. I can do more. If there is any doubt, then my position doesn't have to be guaranteed, I am comfortable with a trial run if there is doubt so I can prove myself sufficiently.

I love seeing drama but not being a part of it, moderating drama seems great for that purpose. Also I've moderated a few things in the past and I miss it tbh. Also I just plain like epicmafia

I have contributed to the sandbox forums quite regularly in the past few months and I have a fair amount of friends on the site, many whom I communicate with regularly off site. I've also organized 25 player setups and other events to try and bring the community together. I am on EM for a while each day. Currently I am dealing with some issues that don't allow me to be on as much as I would want to be, and have been in the past.

I'm well liked by most people (there are a few exceptions though) and am mostly known in the sandbox community. I do know I am disliked by certain users due to punishments they received while I was a mod for breaking sandbox and/or site rules/ evading banishment. I believe most of that has calmed down as of late and have not had a problem with any users recently. However, there are many more users with whom I can say I have a strong relationship with, and others who seem to hold me in high esteem. The reason I continue to come back is because of my love of Sandbox and because of the users here, who I will continue to be a positive role model to. I care about my friends and I care about sanboxers in general and I think that shows. I try to help anyone who needs help or just needs a person to talk to. I can push aside bias and do what is right.

I want to be a mod because I want to give back to the Epicmafia community. The community has been nothing but welcoming to me and has given me so much support and allowed for me to become friends with such a diverse group of people. I want others to have as positive of an experience in Sandbox that I have had and I believe that as a moderator I can help make Sandbox a safer and more inclusive community, but most of all, a fun community full of joy.

I would be a good mod because I am a kind and non judgmental person. I like to take a nonjudgmental stance when making decisions which would be an asset in monitoring reports. I value justice and am a fair individual and am willing to give people second chances if it seems they really did make a mistake and are apologetic for their actions. I am a kind and open person and would be open to hearing suggestions other users may have and am willing to bring up any and all (reasonable) suggestions brought to my attention to you. I am also a responsible individual and would take my duties seriously, but I know that being in a position of authority does not make me better than any other individual in Sandbox. And I would not allow my position to get to my head. I also have lots of experience playing the game, as I have been playing in the Sandbox lobby regularly for almost two years, and have been participating more and more in chatbox (mostly over the past eight months). I also have a healthy presence on the forums and have knowledge of the culture here in Sandbox.

As I have mentioned before, I want EM to be a safe and inclusive community and I do not take unnecessary harassment lightly. I also have taken the time to get to know my fellow users and I can say that the vast majority of people I have met on the site I have a friendly relationship with.

I would make a good moderator because I am not power hungry. I would be an unbiased, level-headed mod. I lack cliques or connections with most of the "popular kids" and lurk all day in games or chats; so I'm reliable for information of events that occurred during x-event.
I am very understanding when it comes to emotions, or events occurring in people's life and feel like I could connect slightly better than some of the previous moderators suggested.

I consider myself quite-known throughout Sandbox, with a few enemies, but I believe my emotions will not fog the judgement concluded by my peers, I accept criticism and will improve upon them when given as well. I'm on good terms with everyone and I'm liked by many. No arguments with anyone either, I don't provoke or upset people that quickly.

Very. I'm always in the chatbox, in game, or in the forums. Anyone can testify to this. For some reason, I have fun here, and I want to make sure this place stays fun for a long time.

I think people have mixed feelings of me. Sometimes I cross the line, with spamming, opinions, jokes. But I think the majority of people like or at least tolerate me. In my limited time as mod of Sandbox I don't think I overstepped any boundaries. I think people feel that I'm going to bring my emotions into modding, but I'm pretty calm.

Why do you want to be a moderator?

I spend a lot of my time here, and I'd like to see this place do well. I have fun playing games, posting pictures on the wall comments, posting in forums, and occasionally spamming the chatbox. Sometimes this fun is lessened by people either breaking the rules, or enforcing them. A quick word on both, some of the rules are great for Sandbox. Keep pornographic material out of the lobby, keep doxxing out, basically anything that goes against my rights as an user. However, some rules are not meant for Sandbox. Spamming is fine in chat and in games, and even adds to the fine. Zero tolerance isn't even a thing in Main Lobby anymore, and shouldn't be a thing here. However, some more intervention like harassment does require Mods to step in occasionally, and chat timeouts can be beneficial to both parties in an argument.

I keep my personal life out of sandbox and modding. Sure I've made friendships here, but I don't consider myself part of any cliques. I'm not going to drag private matters into my moderation. I'm also not going to overstep any boundaries, like I said I prefer a small government with a limited role. If something needs to be done (x-rated removed from lobby, doxxer banned) then I'll act. But if it's something large that needs to be put up for discussion, then I'll have to go to you and the other mods to see what should be done.
