While I draft up the next Sandbox model, throw in any suggestions for the lobby, mod vetting process, games, announcements, or anything that just doesn't warrant its own thread.
I can't remember exact examples but basically what he did was have the majority of voters be the player in a scenario/game. So if you asked the lobby "should we loot the cave?" And gave the options: 1) go straight into the cave and try to loot 2) yell in the cave to see if anyone is there first 3) run away
then the option with the most votes is the the scenario the player has to deal with next and the poll creator creates the basis for the story.
It was a choose your own adventure. Short example:
Your name is Gayly. You are a 10yo about to take over sandbox. How are you going to do it?
-Pm Lucid -Beg Roadman -You actually don't care about taking over -You do a barrel roll
And then the story would develop from there, and at some point there were battles RPG-like, and there were recruits from people that made their own characters, etc
I'm not 100% sure what people mean by that, I don't remember what they look like. If anyone has an example that'd be great so I could model something off of them.
this could partially go in poll suggestions but someone a while ago had brought up that kenny used to do poll RPGs like saw and stuff like that? that might be cool again.
Also to add onto my earlier point, people are more inclined to act positively when they know that whatever they do could be recognized whether it be with a moderator position or player of the week, etc... A big issue with the previous mod team is that people felt they were in their own little circle and would only recognize each other and that's why you had people acting out. If this mod team is more transparent and fair in everything they do, sandbox will likely run smoother.

the lobby background should be changed every day little by little leading up 2 something big so people keep coming back every day 2 see what's new
like in thde corner is like a brown hand and the rest of the background is white and then like the brown hand gets bigger and u see a brown chest and then like etc. and then a week later it reveals the full background image and bamm!!! pedobear!! and then it cna continue getting bigger and bigger
I was going to change the decor, but it seems every time I try to change the background the site just puts in the old one.

please let lobby background be seamless and not annoying !! also change the background depending on the holiday, and maybe find someone to do some coding like having fireworks come out with you click around on the fourth of july or something. i think kenny and chris did stuff like that
