that's where you're wrong. petri doesn't know any coding/hijacking like arcbell does so petri being a mod does allow him to have access to more info like (email domain). also arcbell doesn't have evidence of paedophilia against him.

To answer "what can petri do as a mod that he can't do as a normal user" and to anyone who thinks petri is "reformed"

The people protecting petri here are either his friends (dave, kerry, etc.) or another mod (mods usually protect each other)
or a post-2011 player (probably a petri alt themself)

Here's 2 good reasons why Petri should be demodded but can be a regular user on the site:

1) He's just going to act like he's reformed and then one day he'll figure out all the hidden mod links and destroy the site.
There's precedent on this when he was indexcards' account, he was modding like a normal mod did and then one day he spammed the site with p*rn and deleted a bunch of threads.
Just one example of what petri as a mod can do - he can reset the round on the last day or DQ a user on the last day to screw users out of trophies.

2) The whole "paedophilia" - Mods can see more than just a normal user. They can see email domains for instance.
Some of the young users on this site have used their school email domain to register an account. This means petri now has access to this and can locate certain young users.

My guess is petri won't do anything drastic for now and will play it calm until a few months later or until he gets promoted
to admin, then he'll start to destroy the site.

for me, it's more of you modded her without asking people who could potentially be victims or uncomfortable with this. you could have eased their worries and this wouldn't have been a problem whatsoever.

the mod team's attitude about this has been dodging and derailing as well, which puts preti in an even worse light.
