I'm not going to argue the meaning of racism because I don't want to. I know all the trade counter-arguments to any dictionary definition.

Let's start by pointing out historical examples of racism against groups historically considered caucasian. I don't know what definition the mod team uses for caucasian but it shouldn't matter since they mod a mafia sim.

All three of these groups had genocide committed on them because they were members of the groups. These groups were ethnic, meaning they had at least a genetic and possibly a cultural/linguistic affiliation with each other.
