This is a clear violation of the rules:

Hateful Comments Any form of hate speech or hateful language based on race, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, mental capabilities, and other personal circumstances. Using slurs will result in an automatic violation, regardless of intention or context.

If I were to say unfortunately black people exist, I would most likely be instant-banned or at the very least given a violation. It is completely fair and within the ruling to give Psy a violation for racial hate speech.

Racism is based on the systematic oppression of people of a certain ethnicity. White people have never, in the span of history, been systematically oppressed.

Are you completely brain dead? Of course you can be racist to white people.

Psy's comment follows the the third definition of racism, as the comments they said in http://imgur.com/a/Rb8xc clearly shows their intolerance for whites.

Racism isn't your tumblr definition of racism and your ideas of social justice are to never get in the way of site rulings. This is irresponsible modding and another appeal shall be made.
