Welcome to another exciting episode of Mac's Rumour Mill
MeetTerry informed us all in his thread that Merlot is acrualy a mod and screenshots everything. Now This is not suprisig because Merlot was attempted to be modded by Bebop but faced backlash which caused the whole Jimbei take over thing drama.
WHAT I THINK I KNOW: There is no Bebop or Merlot, both users are actually ABC plotting to destroy the lobby. Think about it, Merlot is Bebop's hair and Bebop is the body.
After being expelled from the EpicMafia Song Contest (found here: https://epicmafia.com/topic/75425) user Tigermom took to the streets to protest against the actions of the EMSC host Aquarius. According to Tigermom, she was told that she was expelled from the competition for being a nuisance. No reasons were specified after that.
After some typical melodramatic squabbling between Aquarius and Tigermom (along with her supporters), local pariah Jimbei pointed out that Tigermom had not violated any of the pictured EMSC rules:

to be frank i don't believe your opinion matters that much on this issue as a bystander. speaking as someone whose friendship was personally broken by val choosing to value this lobby more than relationships that were genuine and built by trust and compassion, i don't think you quite understand why people wouldn't want her here any longer. to be personally hurt by someone for the sake of "power" is sickening.
and i'm not the only one who feels this way; other people were hurt, and to have to deal with this presence within our community will only continue to hurt people. it will only continue to remind them that our relationships and friendships were never valued, and we shouldn't have to deal with that in the slightest. we shouldn't have to worry constantly about people betraying us for a useless title.
i get that you relate to her. cool. perhaps try realizing that isn't a good reason to defend her or what she did, or believe that the reactions of the community are too harsh. we have them for a reason.

Merlot, I respect your opinion, but our opinions clearly differ. Also, I think anyone should be able to speak up for what they believe in. I relate to Jimbei a lot, personally, and it's how I feel on the situation.
you shouldn't really be speaking on matters that you neither understand nor are involved in. there are many different reasons why val was not forgiven by people, and they have varied across the board, but to act as she did and personally hurt many different people in ways greater than threatening their position on a mediocre mafia website is unacceptable.

I just want to say one thing because I see people bashing Jimbei. To be honest, if you push someone to the edge, you can't blame them for retaliating, I'm an example of that even though it's in the past now. I was only able to see red for the longest of time . I honestly think Jimbei shouldn't be ostracized the way she is and deserves a second chance. Sorry for ranting, it's just what I truly think.

Rumor has it that the current Sandbox background (pretty violet roses for readers from the future) was stolen off of a goth girl's tumblr blog by Bebop. Our sources from the netherworld have yet to confirm this, but we'll keep you posted.
