I started playing Face Shaman at rank 2->rank 1 because it's the last day and I wanted to get legend, but then I dropped back to rank 2 so I reverted back to my Astral Communion deck.

Anyway.

Rank 16-Legend in basically no time playing 99% strictly Astral Communion.

Here's my deck:

I think chillmaw fits in the deck somewhere

Also, proof that I didn't buy into combo druid in the past, what with being level 59 and all.

To push for legend or not to push for legend?

It still doesn't quite fit with in current evolving shaman deck though, no synergy with evolve and master of evolution.

It's used in SMOrc decks.

A 4-mana overload would be OK with me, gives you 2 turns to play/draw something to counter it.

no matter what oveload I don't think you can balance a 4 mana 7/7 that can attack (excluding eerie statue there)

Been playing C'thun ramp in standard it's actually going really well. Naturally i'm druid..

the overload doesn't even make sense. why is it just 2 lol
deletedalmost 9 years

Update: 3/7 weapons from Malkorok has been Cursed Blade.

Well, the deck itself does well against slower decks [re: not face hunter/shaman] but it's no thanks to Mal.

I'll run a few charge games, he's definitely not the legendary I was hoping for but I'd still like to see him work.

I don't really think Malkorok's going to make a difference in a charge deck - 7 mana for a weapon? The game's probably decided by then.

Grommash was used as a finisher for most warrior decks, 10 damage/10 mana charge/2 cards (unless you had Death's Bite ready to go).

Malkorok would be an 8 damage charger with 2 cards, but would also give you a weapon. If they have a small taunt up, the weapon could handle that, whilst Malkorok goes face.

In the same way as Grommash, Malkorok can also use Ysera's nightmare too.

I mean, I can't really see him being useful at all. Really weak stats for a 7 drop. That is basically the only scenario I could ever see him having a use in constructed.

Overall, I'd say he's more of an arena card.
