Okay, I think we both see eye to eye here then and our initial disagreements were simply on definitions/semantics.
While I'd still argue that racism against white people can exist in this day and age there is virtually none.
edit: I'd also like to reiterate that there are many institutions in America that have been shown to have prejudice against minorities which is entirely unacceptable. Your example earlier of some of the police shootings and racial profiling being one of them.
I called you a simpleton because of your simplistic views on racism. If racism requires power and I called you a simpleton, why would I call you racist?

I'm insulted by how you choose to argue things and how you called me racist, a simpleton, and various other things. If you can't argue a topic without resorting to ad hominem you probably shouldn't be arguing to begin with.
That websters definition is very vague and can be interpreted vaguely, at the end of the day being mistreated in general isn't what black people are upset about. If my white neighbour mistreated me as a black person i wouldn't care,
it's when people in positions of power such as: Police, government officals, business owners mistreat a black person is when there's a problem, i can't tell if you're agreeing with me or not but that's what black people are talking about when they talk about racism (racial opression)
the definition of racism in this argument shouldn't be taken literally
