I would consider 'systematic racism' what you're defining as racism. I would agree that there is virtually no systematic racism against white people and that there are many institutions with deep rooted racism that should be stamped out - as shown by some of the egregious police shootings that have happened in the past few years.
Racism exists because people think you can stop the systematic oppression of minorities with words.
As long as you continue to ignore the fact that racism is a practice by people with power, racism will thrive and minorities will be oppressed. Spouting egocentric horseshit in order to appear sympathetic is as worthless as the solutions you'd hope to present.
