Did he die for your sins, or was he a common schizophrenic?

So how am I wrong?

And isn't God being wrong a much bigger deal than me being a hypocrite?

God sacrificed himself to pay the price God set to save us from the punishment we received from God for doing the things God knew we would do when God created us.

The point is to accept that you're more or less inherently wicked. The only real morality is to wish it otherwise.

So why did God make me inherently wicked?

Beats me, man. Two wrongs don't make a right though, if that's where you're going with this.

Are you saying God is wrong?

No, that's you. I don't know what's up. I'm just saying for if you want to be a hypocrite ...

I mean I cannot really rationalise being religious at all, but I know it makes a whole lot more sense than dying a bs righteously indignant death. I know that I love being alive.

sure the philosophical ideas are interesting, but I'm not learning about the nature of existence and applying it to my life ITT, I'm learning about the people I'm interacting with via their statements.

trying to insist on the introduction of scientific theory into a philosophical discussion is a sure way to kill a conversation.

Making arguments and backing them up with pure BS is also a way to kill a discussion and making it utterly pointless.

if you ask me, the purpose of these sorts of discussions and casual philosophizing in general isn't to find absolute truths, it's to put on display our own ways of thinking.
