what do u think of hunting?

i'm not gonna add a poll or anything, and my own opinions are pretty convoluted, so i don't really want to go getting into them just yet - maybe if i get something to work with. but i am just interested as to what people on here think of it.

Errr the deer population wouldn't be "out of control" if your human population wasn't out of control. People keep having more kids than they should (thank you duggars) and our population is out of control. This means we make more houses by up more land which, guess what, is where the deer used to live. So now we put them all in a tiny space and when they overcrowd that space, we call it overpopulated.

Yeah man, you ever happen to see or be a part of a car accident where deer are involved? It's rather ridiculous the amount of injuries and deaths that causes each year now.

Ariel you're supporting hunting by virtue of maintaining a Tree of Life whose roots were obliterated a long time ago. That isn't at all what this argument is about. Deer will not rule the world if people stop hunting them. This is a question of personal ethics in a barbaric practice.

The "satisfaction" part happy0wns is talking about is something I don't really see or would personally agree with earning as a part of hunting, but that's just me

Also if you can afford ammunition then you can afford occasionally buying organic meat from your local grocery. That's part of the reason I don't like hunting for food unless you have to as well
