there's a lot i can look past or just see as a difference in philosophy but this is legitimately pissing me off.

what bothers me is a round suspension without a vio basically concedes that there was wrongdoing, but lucid wants to go halvsies and refuse to give gerry the cheating vio he earned. i don't care about a DQ, i care about giving out a cheating vio that i spent time identifying.

no, i care about punishing people who break rules. that's what mods do.

"too proud" are you dense? i'm saying that there's no reason to waste my time. if i make an accusation, i've already made up my mind. i would only waltz out of an accusation if it was somethingl ike rolesharing, i.e. i asked for valen14's skype because i thought she oculd potentially roleshare and when i didn't see anything i backed out.

again, i'm nto going to waste my time reading a 31 page response when i initiated the cheating accusation and pastebin.
that's ridiculous. so you're the judge jury and prosecutor? why should they not be allowed any sort of defense?
actually, if iw as, i wouldn't have waited 20 hours, moron.
but u said that you didn't ever really care about their defence because you made the pastebin so you already made up your mind, which is why you should have let a third party who wasn't involved with the bin (Shacky, Maybe Giga or another experienced mod that would be available handle the defense)

Someone went out of their way (Gerryoat1) to write 31 whole pages dissecting a couple amount of games where the likely scenario was borderline meta abuse at best
