I remember not getting a vio for hammering a clear in 163 because Arcbell didn't think I would throw. When I was a noob however, I got a vio for doing the same thing in Jan 2.
The reputation you build for yourself matters a lot, which is why Connor is being given crap for reporting justrec and why justrec got reported in the first place.
because 1. you had a reasonable reason to miss it 2. i don't need to give you the "benefit of the doubt" because i know there were a lot of pieces to put together to realise i outed cop.

we'd be mocking slow or rutab if they'd reported that game too. it just so happens that you're the one that reported someone for gamethrowing when they didn't gamethrow. this, much like that game, is not a targeted attack on you, and the only reason to bring up your history of scrounging here is to discredit you and hope it influences the mods to overturn a bad violation, which they did
anyone can take a situation and decide to arbitrarily shoot someone because they felt like it and say it was a read. it's totally unprovable and we all recognise this. yet, when i say "i think this is one of those times, considering how overwhelmingly strong the case for it is", i'm accused of being delusional. it's stupid, really.

yes, having a wrong read in a cc and then finding mafia in the other cc was complete imbecile play. cause really, that's all that happened because i died right after that. sounds like another attack justrec for no reason situation here.

why is disagreeing with you a gamethrow now? isn't that exactly the kind of thing we always make fun of pranay for doing, when he reports someone for not sheeping him?
i don't know if you really think that's what i thought, because as i've made clear several times, i did not once thing that justrec would shoot anyone but dad.
a "report scrounge" rep puts you in the "bad-guy" position as soon as you make a report. i don't report scrounge. i report as i see necessary. sometimes, i feel that someone who does something against the rules should be punished, and i report it. yet here i am, fighting off a year-old reputation for reports because a few specific people take time out of their day to my day worse
The secret is it doesn't matter what the opinion is. People just like being talked about regardless.
