who said anything about defense? From my understanding, no one even bothered to really look into it. That wasn't brought up to take a shot at you (I had no idea you were involved in any sort of defense regardless), but rather the double standard of how things are looked at because of the reputation the person has / their friends.

i'm not playing victim over this specific situation. i have filed so few reports compared to my past because of it all. i am the default bad-guy when it comes to reports. it is fact. when i'm not, the moderator involved gets accused of being my friend. it happens every time, without fail, unless the situation is clear cut. (for example a GRS, or petermh)
