If you drink underage you don't even go to jail. If you're underage and are really sick from drinking too much booze and you call emergency services they usually don't even report you to the police unless you did other illegal activity as well because they're just glad you called them and that you're OK

St. Patrick's Day is the day where, every year, I plan on wearing green and then wake up and realize I have not one piece of clothing in my closet that has any shade of green. I then get pinched all day by an unmerciful sibling.
