REGARDLESS of Akira's vote, they would have still lost. This shouldn't be that hard to understand.

U DON'T KNOW THAT!!!! U DON'T KNOW THAT AND NOTHING YOU CAN SAY MAKES IT TRUE!!!! SO STOP IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've posted evidence that points to the contrary and have failed to see any evidence that the town would have won.

I literally don't understand how this is so hard to grasp. I can respectfully see your side of the view, but since you're insisting on calling everyone who disagrees with you an idiot, then it's pretty telling.

Whether or not the town would have lost the game does matter. If somebody is in an autoloss situation, and somebody does something that makes them lose quicker, that does not mean that the game is a refund.

Also, it's interesting that you were calling out my girlfriend (who actually disagreed with me) for trying to defend me when Kerry is obviously only defending you because you're living together, but alright.

matt you're smarter then this have some humility and realize that you were wrong

ive had to do it before and you'll come out better in the end

This really isn't an issue of humility. I've admitted that I've been wrong multiple times. This is literally an issue of I don't think you're understanding my rationale at all.

no one understands agrees with your rationale because it's frickin wrong lol hope this helps

forget arguing with pj, he's not going to see any sense. it's stupid but oh well, people will be stubborn.

This is hilarious. All this cause Connor could've had a little bronze

anyone would fight for it, this shouldn't just be about "connor being connor". I'd probably be annoyed and argue too if I thought I didn't get a refund (that was deserved, in my mind) after playing 9 days of competitive mafia.

well you see, you're responding to justrec, who is in fact a giant baby

im really confused how you can say like 'well town's chance of winning wasn't greatly affected' like honestly baffled his actions cost town the game

i really dont see where youre coming with this one

Akira made the game impossible to win when he selfvoted and got blitzed on. This is correct. However, the town appeared to be on a road of losing the game regardless of whether or not Akira -did- self vote, since the self voting was very late into the game.

This shouldn't be that difficult.

but that isn't what happened

town lost because of akira, not some other crackpot theory or something that DIDNT happen

Dude, the town playing a poor game and showing a lot of indications that they would lose regardless isn't a "crackpot theory". Akira solidified the loss, but they were still going to lose regardless. That is my point.

but what does it matter if they were going to lose? the fact of the matter is akira lost it for town and no amount of 'well they were going to lose anyways' is going to change that fact. you can't honestly say that's a reasonable argument

It matters because whether or not the town's chances of winning the game were impacted strongly is literally what you use to determine a refund. If the town was clearly on the path to losing regardless, then you don't refund it.

TOWN LOST ALL CHANCE TO WIN WHEN AKIRA DECIDED TO SELF-VOTE AND GET BLITZED ON HOLY CRAP YOU ARE SO WRONG RIGHT NOW

YES, they did. I have not implied otherwise for even a second.

REGARDLESS of Akira's vote, they would have still lost. This shouldn't be that hard to understand.

WHO CARES IF THEY STILL WOULDVE LOST WHAT MATTERS IS WHAT HAPPENED NOT WHAT COULD'VE HAPPENED im mad

the selfvote and then the unwillingness to respond to clear or let clear have hammer, effectively giving mafia a free blitz, is what makes this potentially refundable

on the other hand, the ML on Hibiki and the general bad play by town makes it seem trivial and validate pjm's judgment

this could go either way, curious to see how the appeal will turn out

don't multiple mods confirm refunds now? I'm not familiar with the new rules.

I've been trying to remain civil, and posts like these are pretty absurd. You should lower your blood pressure considerably.

i'm objectively calling you stubborn and an idiot because that's what you are. saying "you are mad" does not change that. you have been arguing the same moot point for this entire stupid thread and you're just so completely wrong that it's not worth arguing with you at this point.
