someone needs to create an intro thread for mods called 'Reading 101'. it will teach new mods to actually read, and think about carefully, each post in opposition to them, instead of assuming it means one thing regardless of how obvious it's not that and responding immediately based on that assumption.

this will solve many problems, such as the one right here, in this thread
