We're going to work towards fixing this. And whatever gripes you have about the mods. I think what most people don't understand is that most mods if not all are looking to improve and do better, and every time we're discussing backlash we always come to the agreement that we're never sure where to start because a lot of what is said on the forums never remains objective or cannot be taken into consideration in the vast amount of sh*tposts we have to wade through.

Seems like, as expected, people dislike posting on the forums because the community in general just isn't friendly enough. Accurate.

"Make the mods accessible;they're so distant from the community and many of them do have problems. I try not to get involved, but it seems like the community does have serious issues they've brought up that have been ignored. Scrap many of the mods, or give them less powers, and try to make them more accessible"

Lets start from things to change :

"remove oliver who was proven to be abusing mod power and letting other users on their account and yet still is a moderator. "

"More information when you hover over a role. Some roles have incorrect information in them (like saying all visitors will be revealed, when only ONE mafia gets revealed, etc). Also, there needs to be a distinction in the rules that following a group of people so you can play the game with them is not lobby camping."

"The mobile site is a complete and unescapable horror for me. I used to play on mobile device alot, but the mobile version of the site ruined the fun. I only see some big bars on top of my screen and I can barely scroll. I would use some of the space in the top bar for a "go to the full site button". It'd be really good for people to vocalize what they dislike about it as we are trying to change our process for handling the community both inside and out, if you didn't already in the survey.

I love how more than 50% of responses have a neutral or worse opinion on the moderators, and most of the complaints about them are explained as being against a select few in the text responses.


Maybe now the Sandbox community has also said they dislike those mods, something will be done, eh.

If there's anything you want to discuss about said results or the response we were given: now is the time. This survey was used as a stepping stone for us as we're going to be trying to implement a couple of new things in regards to the site. We just wanted to know where our focus needed to be before we do so.

People love the forums but dont like moderators, how new members are treated, and almost no one likes the mentor program because it doesnt work.

Also most players are here for years.
