I'm speaking generally. A person who's done something before is definitely more likely to do it again, but it'd be irrational and pessimistic to automatically rule every offense off without looking at the evidence properly.

It's unequivocal that Sidekick's lying about her lack of knowledge of those accounts considering the fact the aforementioned fact they played almost wholly in her games, were inactive between rounds, and sided largely with her
The problem, Basil, is that more than 90% of former cheaters have gone on to cheat again and you will be very hard pressed to find more than a handful of examples of those who didn't.
ive posted pretty much all the counter points i have to make. i dont remember these games in detail the most recent of them was still a couple days ago. i have no grand defense or epic own to lay down.
i made a response to the pastebin based on what was written there and what i gleaned looking over the games. as i pointed out i played with many random low score people throughout the round on a semi-regular basis that i dont know simply by virtue of playing at the same time every day and im not friends with any of them.
i was also 65%+ win for the entirety of the round on both accounts yet according to shivv im being accused of cheating only on the last couple days. what would be the point of cheating if i can already play well enough legitimately
im just going to be totally honest though i realize its not going to be taken that way: i dont care enough to cheat, i didnt cheat, and i specfically played on an alt because i didnt want any personal recognition positively or negatively which is why i never outted it publicly.
this is my last response to this thread im not really interested the surrounding drama. if any of the mods would like further clarification they can contact me privately, if theyre only going based on what i post publicly and dont want to discuss it with me personally i respect that.

Yeah, I too think we shouldn't jail those who commit crimes because hey, they're definitely not going to be reformed after spending their time and will definitely commit more and more crimes after theyre released. Might as well kill 'em all off.
I'm just calling for a little objectivity, I feel as though people look at these threads and automatically go "lol previously banned user I don't need any evidence just ban" which isn't the right attitude about it.

Oh well, another day, another Rutab post to modneg. Worst, most tiring part of modding is eliminating this scum off the forums.
Anyways I cant really look into this nor will look into it because I'm not home and don't even have a PC on me but judging by surface value these do seem a bit suspicious and I would like it very much if Sidekick would post a counter pastebin soon because this'll be a bit disappointing if it's true tbh
i didnt ask to be unbanned (ling got me unbanned because whenever he told me to ask i never did) and didnt ban evade the entire time i was gone i honestly dont care that deepy for epic mafia dot com. i didnt cheat, i dont care enough to cheat and if im banned again im just going to go do something else with my time again its a browser game
