1. See my answer to bell's first question. As for why, I like setups which have good construction according to my idea of setup design principles, which are complicated to explain. I'm not going to here, but we can have a discussion about it later if you like.
2. Oh it's hard to say.. I mean Feels Good Man and Reverse Mafia and Gallis Hunter and stuff like that is well known, so if you count that then I don't really know most of them are equally bad.
If you're only talking *frequently comped setups* then I do have an answer for you, and that answer is cry&spy. Reason I don't like it is that it's pretty optimal for the town to have basically no say in the lynch, which means town and mafia end up not being driven to contribute, which makes for really bad scum-hunting environments.
3. I've gotten 2 ISP and one trolling in the history of my time on this site.
First ISP was ironically Sammie who reported me. It was a setup of my own creation, and I was spending too much time 1 on 1 discussing optimal strategy of the setup and ended up not shooting the gun before kicks. I probably deserved this because I wasn't really playing the game I was just talking about the setup.
Second ISP was me accidentally splitting votes and wasting the ML. I was (and still am) pretty sure there was cheating in that game (it was jade/antidote/game), and was all upset about it and not paying as much attention to the votes as I should have.
The trolling was waaaaaaay back when I started out, I decided to do the whole "reaction test by claiming mafia" thing and got trolling. As you can read from my comments I was pretty embarrassed by it. https://epicmafia.com/report/57944
Probably because you don't actually strongly disapprove of people who GRS, GT or ISP, and it's a concern that you'd end up being a very sleazy mod because of that. That was my reason when I was admin anyhow.

You're a good guy and you understand how normal game website communities are supposed to run. This puts you in the uncomfortable position of having to gaze into the mouth of madness every time you look at these forums. Because of that you come off as really judgmental toward the community as a whole, and odd as it seems many individual elements of the community take offense to that and relentlessly try to put you down. You shrug most of it off but over time this makes you sad, like the teddy bear in your avatar.
Despite being an outcast mostly as a result of being abnormally sane, you keep your chin up, and continue to your selfless mission. Neither the utter lack of affirmation for your posts, nor all the unwarranted negs in the world could dissuade you from the path you know in your heart to be true.
Justrec is the rock on which a drama-less epicmafia is built, if such a thing can ever exist.
Oh.. one criticism though, you tend to do a lot of dancing on the line between caring a whole lot and not caring at all, and it comes off as angsty. I'm not sure if that's even possible to fix without becoming One with the Community but hey I just thought I'd give you one possible way to improve alongside all that other stuff.
Well I'm not trying to sound superior or say I don't enjoy a bit of drama, but honestly nothing particularly wrong or bad happened during Vancy's adminship for example. Everything surrounding it was massively overblown.

you seem like a decent fellow who i was wrong to judge in an interpersonal manner, even if i don't agree with how you handled things as admin even if i understand you were trying to do what you believed was right.
@Sidekick everything you've said is true, and I'm glad you can see it.
Here's the kicker though.. people love their mod drama and politics. They won't admit it, but for most people who use the forums regularly its their favorite part of the site. People will fight tooth and claw to keep it from disappearing.
I'm really coming around to the notion that instead of trying to take away everyone's favorite game, it's better to just direct it in ways that don't leave permanent scars on people or push people I like away from the site.

I think your perceptions of me as a person would be interesting, as you have seen many random glimpses of the different facets of me, many very contradictory with no hint at which are false or which are true and very little background to match. I think trying to sort through this would be interesting to me.
Because of this, I do not expect any sort of accuracy, so do not be concerned that I will be upset if you are wrong.
@Arcbell: To be honest Arcbell and this is the opinion I've considered giving in the "demod jericho topic" or posting but haven't gotten around to articulating:
In the times I've been active on the site in the last 5 years whose admin and whose moderator haven't really made a massive impact on the games or really on even on the forums,
The biggest changes I can think of in the last couple years: -Merging comp and training -Harsher blacklisting for red hearts and comp -Harsher punishments for insults/personal attacks
And that's really it. As long as the admin and mods aren't trying to sabotage the site they're not really having a massive negative impact on it one way or another. Most of the drama and bad things said about them are actually to do with personal things and not anything terrible they've done as a mod.
If Jasprar focused on modding solid people and talking to the community and mods focused on moderating reports and answering questions everything would continue to run pretty much the same as it always has. The impact of various admins and mod teams are largely overblown.
Mostly what this site needs is people who wish to moderate because they enjoy the game and want to keep it running smoothly, not people with alternate or ulterior motives. And while I don't have any particular problems with them avoidance of people like Rutab and slow who pointlessly stirred up drama with their resignation would be preferable.
Not saying these people shouldn't explain their complaints or problems with the site or the staff, just that most of it doesn't need to be aired publicly. What we need moving forward is a stronger focus on dealing with reports and less of a focus on dealing with drama, especially forum drama. However I understand many of the people who use this site are still teenagers and some of it among the mod staff or among people who were or are good mods is inevitable.
I like you. You're a good player and you're smart.
Fun observation: you +/- a lot of comments on the forums, but it doesn't follow a pattern of "+ all the people who agree with you or you like and - all the people that disagree with you or you don't like" which is a really refreshing use of the +/- system.
Like Connor, you don't tailor what you say to what people want to hear. You don't filter yourself and still manage to be charming, which says a lot.
You're very smart and you're good at not thinking in dumb ways. And no that's not redundant. You care a lot more about being right than you care about sounding right or agreeing with people you like, which is something I value highly and the main reason I push you becoming admin.
This is probably also the reason you're not universally liked, which is annoying (probably more so to you though).
You have a lot of personality and you're good at [redacted]posting without being overly mean. I don't think being good at [redacted]posting is all that great of a talent, but its fun to watch.

You can evaluate and appreciate intricate logical reasoning where most people can't. You actually have some good intuitive understanding of game theory and probability concepts which apply to epicmafia, which you use to your advantage in the tireless quest for Being Right About Mafia.
Sammie is the user formerly known as petricigy. We don't know each other IRL, and we didn't date. Epicmafia users are so accustomed to e dating probably because the users you're talking about are on here a lot and this is an online community, and that's the only way you can date someone in an online community unless you move or happen to live near them. Personally I don't think I can do a purely online romantic relationship, but that's just me.
