Renaldo Sims the main problem with the mod team right now is that there's no synergy. build the mod team from the ground up and create that freakin' synergy. agreed. that's why i think everything's falling apart now that vancy left. i mean, it started to fall apart while vancy was still there too, but that was his fault. he had a good thing going for a little while
let's all gang up on ladynemesis since she let nighthawk14 get a gold even though night was invariably a cheater.
That lack of synergy is why having mods with egos, pre-determined opinions, and lots of experience wouldn't be a good answer, because if Jasper pulls the new mods one way and Ucklar/you/Retti pull them another way then you just lay the foundations for more of the same problems in a few months.

That synergy though only lasts so long as the admin stays with the team they built, I'd say.
