Is this a policy? No matter how one trolls or ruins the game, moderators never refund it? Its this some god damn conspiracy or something? Why when someone trolls, gets a gt vio, and is suspended there is no Refund? Why no one ever gives refunds, if someone in the game gets a vio??????????
I mean literally, You are giving points to a winning side, that won only because of the troll/gt user :/ And you encorage such gameplay.
Why not for instance... Remove the player with violation Off the Round, and refund the game!
P.S. If someone gets a Violation through a round, i think its just fair, he to be removed from the round. I don't like players that get a GT vio for 24 hours come back after those 24 hours just to throw again.
This has been one of the dumbest parts of the rule system as long as I can remember. If a person gets a violation for trolling/ISP/etc, it stands to reason that the person who got the violation effected the game in some way. The game, as such, went differently than it would have if they didn't do that.
If the game doesn't play out as naturally as possible, it deserves a refund.
Not necessarily. Sometimes for example a person ISPs d1 and dies the next night, and d1 mafia is lynched. Then that could be argued that even if they ISP'd it didn't change the direction of the game and shouldn't be refunded.
However GT's not being refunded when they even determined the lynch, simply because town had already lost their ML or some other reason, is BS IMO.

Get this: night-kills and lynches also cause the game to flow differently than it would if they're aimed at another player.

Yes, they get suspended for the second time, but i think 1 time is enough. + mods also dont refund those games.

Counter-proposal: remove rules and moderators.

EM'ers are always seriously angry; they're angsty frustrated teenagers. It doesn't change the fact that you're arguing something dumb. In your perfect world everyone plays flawlessly, and as good as that sounds that's not the case. If you'd violate every report made, and refund every report that got a vio the mods would be sitting 24/7 and players would have, in theory, unlimited hearts.
Obama. No, i am simply looking through the reports and i see countless reports because of the end of the round, where people are seriously angry because they lost the game and never got a refund, from players that most probably threw against them. I still have my 10 hearts. This is not about me.
IMO all games where the person that broke the rule /affected/ the game negatively should be refunded. I hate all of that "only if x team had advantage" stuff that people are doing now. Honestly no one should say that just because cop was dead or whatever "town was going to lose anyway so it shouldn't be refunded". You never know if, without the rule being broken, town would have made a comeback. They should be given a chance. The problem is people scrounge hard for them refunds
