Thinking about asking for a refund?

This is a guideline for players and mods to use in deciding whether or not they think a game is worthy of being refunded. Keep in mind that all refund decisions are subjective, and the decision to grant a refund or not is ultimately based on the interpretation of the mods handling the case. Only gold heart games can be refunded.

<h3>Game Throwing</h3> - If the losing team was in autowin, refund is considered. - If it's clear the thrower put the losing team in autoloss, and knew they were doing so, refund and round suspension is considered. If the losing team had the advantage, and lost as a direct result of the throw, refund is considered.

<h3>Trolling</h3> - If the losing team had the advantage, and lost as a direct result of the trolling, refund is considered.

<h3>Insufficient Participation</h3> - If the losing team was in autowin, refund is considered. - If the losing team had the advantage, and lost as a direct result of the isp, refund is considered. This does not include cases where the isp player is lynched for not participating.

<h3>Cheating</h3> - If, through cheating, the cheating players were ever in a position to decide the outcome of the game with certainty, refund is considered. - If a large number of games in the same round were cheated, the mod team as a whole will use its judgement on how best to repair the integrity of the round.

<h3>No Vio</h3> - No refund.

<h3>Game Related Suicide for Runner</h3> - 24h account suspension given.
