I think Lashka's strategy is a good one. Jasp needs to be more assertive in that he must demod people if they are not meeting their quota. We currently have 40 open reports and 24 reports that are In Progress, yet there are mods doing less than 10 reports a week. This is the problem right now, there are too many reports open and in progress. There could be gamethrowers and other players of their type running around free right now because their reports are not being reported. Therefore bringing in new mods who do reports quickly and efficiently is the best solution.

rondar's a good mod but he was dragged in and i dont think that's fully his fault
instead of remodding every projectharry, rondick, and tom, mod MafiaGod.
note: i am not calling rondar a

perhaps this will put me under fire but i think we should be harder on demodding people who aren't meeting quotas and ive told jasper personally that he is free to demod me if i never met it
but i think that jasper is a bit scared of trying to fill those spots again as the mod pool is low
well, im still wondering why connor hasn't been modded yet
because liking someone is an universal factor in whether or not they are good to mod

I think everyone on the site knew Rondar wasn't around enough to mod, yet there he is, and, surprise surprise, with a record low for reports per day (Excluding ThoughtPolice, and even then he only just wins).

honestly i think that riot's whole thing of modding fresh faces and building them into good mods is much better than recycling old ones who get burnt out within the first two weeks
it depends on who you're remodding. i think it's stupid to remod mods like goodbar and projectmatt who get burnt out 2 weeks after being remodded, but i don't think that applies to everyone

imo he's more worried that other mods will be personally offended when demodded

The mod pool is only low when people are afraid to take a risk. I'd rather mod 3 unknowns, get 1 Mantys and two piles of crap who you can remove after a month, than recycle the same average people over and over again and be surprised when they act just like they have every other time.

Matt is the devil incarnate with his reports per day. And his high OT rate...
to be fair, he'd have half as many overturns if he had just listened to calvin and i the first time...

She puts more effort into dodging doing hard reports than she does into actually doing reports, which I think is an admirable achievement.

thats just lazy

Tell me Retti, do you regularly put every single ISP or GRS into In Progress, so that other mods won't take them and leave you with the rly tough reports? ;_;
