As Vancy asked a while ago and I was nudged by another chat today, I updated my old spreadsheet.

People should man up and resign when they can't be active anymore.

Like, everyone knows admins don't ever demod anymore, and if you know you need to be replaced...

It's the correct thing to do. 1 week of inactivity, no big deal. More than a month? Easier to reapply whenever you come back and you'll most likely be welcomed, instead of becoming that mod who stopped doing reports

the only time i care about mod stats is if the reports are just piled high and it interferes with my mafia games, so we can see who is not pulling their weight
