Having people who do fewer reports per day than Cloudminnion is quite impressive, I have to say.

Implement "The Mod Stockades"
"The Mod Stockades" would be a sub forum like complaints with a thread about any mod who screws up, except it would be rule-free and like an epicmafia version of The Two Minutes Hate from 1984

as a former mod, i can definitely say that "too many cooks in the kitchen" was a recurring problem. so mod me six times.

i'd rather have a small but effective force of 6 mods than a large but useless squad of 12.

I think 10,000 mods is still too little.

Okay Jasprar, I relent. Mod me and wield me as a holy sword against cheaters. My platform is that I will get rid of all of those nasty community vio reports flooding the queue, by no vioing them.
I know Rondar was asked to do it but the outcome was totally predictable.
Rondar was active when he was first modded. After that he pretty much quit EM.
I don't know why people would ask him to mod, he's not here as much as he used to, which is actually a good thing. If he became active in EM again I do think he would be a good mod (as opposed to the people that are active but burn down quickly) but he's just not active anymore
I don't know why he is even still a mod. He did 2 reports last week.
Well I've seen a steady decline (and by that I mean more of a disappearance) of people resigning when they notice they can't do many reports anymore. Most of the times people had the decency to resign when this happened (or maybe I just am remembering it that way). I think because no one ever gets demodded for not doing reports anymore, it has given that vibe of "it's okay" to all mods, which is why there's so many. But that's just my opinion
is there an echo in here. i could have sworn we talked about this like 2 weeks ago

You need to actively scout in red heart games because no one applies
I am willing to bet money that the mod pool is larger than the mods are playing it up as.

It has basically been proven that newer mods do more reports that mods who were remodded, or have been mod for so long that they have slipped into a daily grind of doing only a few reports a week. This reinforces the ideal that we need more, newer mods.
