I did not say that, I only asked you to use the report system. Of course skyping with someone is against the rules in a competitive game. And if you think that happened, you should definitely file a report against a user so a mod can take a look at it. That's more effective than just putting it in the thread here.

Okay because you didn't break the rules by using Skype. Totally legit. My bad. Sorry forum, this is on me. I forgot the recent rules change where skyping with somebody is ok in a competitive game.
