Hey EM, I'm going to be applying to colleges soon, and because my GPA sucks (3.28) I have to do phenomenal on the SAT and write a fantastic college essay if Im going to apply and actually be considered. While I've already taken the SAT, I still need help writing the personal statements and essays. Do you have suggestions? How personal should it be? Thanks for your imput!
(The schools I'm applying to UC Santa Cruz, Riverside, and Merced, UW Seattle, UoArizona, UNLV, and UL - Chicago)
peta is a good concept, but their implementation is poor

Actually it was about Peta being my role model. Anyways, go to a community college for 2 years unless you have the money/desire to pay ~5x what you normally would for a majority of general education credits that you won't use/won't differ much— unless you want the big university experience, because that's mostly what you're paying for. If you just want their networking capacity, I would transfer over and spend the latter 2 years there. Plus you can still have some fun there when you can drink legally and (hopefully) have all of the ruckus out of your system. :D

Thank you all. This was so much help reading you all get off track from my original question and talk about Tom Brady, how Giga is not a good role model, not using shampoo, not having a favorite color, or trying to convince me to go to community college or not even go.
lol college is overrated. I never did no essay. I never even took the writing portion of the ACT. I got a 27. Then 2 and 1/2 years later, i flunked out of college. don't waste ur time and money.
There's no need to search elsewhere then. The way I see it— Peta takes 'prissy' and makes it look 'chic'. All of a sudden, people have a lot more self-respect and they aren't afraid to be who they truly are. Just like that guy having his "Boys Night Out", for example. He actually might be pretty tough thanks to Peta.
