personally, i don't think you need to be ruthless in game to win. being assertive helps, but there's a huge difference between getting what you want through assertiveness and getting what you want through ruthlessness. :)
Any account under 10000 points retained their points in main Lobby. Everybody above 10000 points lost all of their points to Competitive Lobby. That's why your alts can play but your mains can't.

Emmer he already had two during the last competition, I played with them both. At first I thought SkullDark was someone making fun of him but it's actually his alt.

Guys since the beginning of EM silver has been the best trophy it's not even debatable.
