I have a mental priority, from lowest to highest:
1. If I don't know anybody in game, don't gun anybody, just vests (if Santa)
2. If I have somebody on my friends list in game, I gun them.
3. If I know somebody really hates me or has a feud with me, I'd gun them so they can shoot me so they can read my will which predicted it.
4. If somebody who I've noticed is in game, I gun them.
5. If Inaba is in game, I gun her.
