Betrayal shut the fuxk up you know good and well that I you fire before people speak you hipfired. You fired with ZERO READS. This is a TEXT BASED GAME. If this was real life you could argue that your reads were body language but it's not. You hipfired you broke a rule it's that's simple.
For the most part, if most people have talked and the accused can come up with a plausible reason for shooting, it's fine. The only way its a violation is if you shoot so early in the day that it would be impossible to gather reads. The bottom line is you need to have at least a little bit of reasoning as to why you shot, and not just, "Oh, I have a gun. Yolo."

If hipfiring's automatic gamethrowing, you need to remove vig from ranked night start setups because they're shooting their gun without getting reads.
