What if one hipfires correctly, should they be reported for gamethrowing?
And why does someone who hipfires incorrectly get in trouble with doing so when they were simply taking the risk that they would hipfire correctly and be rewarded for good behavior?
hipfiring was perfectly legal in the wild wild west. i never saw a town peasant complain about a cowboy shooting someone too quickly. what is inherently wrong about it? i say it's wrong when a blatant noob hipfires. but if an experienced player hipfires it's A-OK. i love hipfiring. it's so fun.

It would have and still should have been game throwing even if a banned user filed the report it's still a flagrant game-throw. At the least the mod who handled the report could've open their own report against the player to give then the violation.

Hipfire? Good behavior? Really? You must have hit your head on something. HIPFIRING IS GAMETHROWING. GAMETHROWING IS NOT GOOD BEHAVIOR. THE RISK IS AWFULLY TOO HIGH.

hipfire: To shoot someone with your gun without any information.
Cops with guilty shooting their guilty at the start of the day is NOT hipfire because they have information (their report). (This same goes for other information roles)
Mafia shooting at the start of the day is NOT hipfire because they have information (their team).
Vig shooting N1 IS hipfire because Night 1 the vig has no information at all.

Riddler is saying that cop with guilty cannot hipfire, because the fact that it is a guilty makes it by definition not a hipfire, which is the same thing you mean, Sanctify, but you still used the word hipfire, which is what Riddler is correcting you on
Certain scenarios will alter the rule. IF COP IS GUNNED AND GETS A GUILTY THY CAN HIPIRE THE GUITY. IF ORC ORCS MAFIA AND THEY ARE NAKED TOWN CAN HIPFIRE THE GUILTY .
if you're literally any other role EXCEPT roles that give you enough information to determine a shot via night action, you're gamethrowing by hipfiring

What about a setup where mafia has a gun and can also shoot? What if you don't shoot fast enough and get shot by mafia before you can shoot your gun? That's a lost opportunity. Sniper + Illusionist are roles that can shoot as maf.
