EM sure has fallen these past few years, things aren't the same as they were before; the player base has dropped, winning a trophy doesn't have the same hype, the forums aren't as lively, and many former active players are now inactive...
If this continues, EM could be dead within the next decade (5-10 years) or sooner, who knows. Yes, new players will come around and old players will continue to leave but it seems like we are still seeing a downward trend on the activity level of the community instead of an upward trend.
Most of EM's general population is between the ages of 13-18 so with the school season starting, Epicmafia's community will be hit hard and things will start to get worse. We have a cold winter stirring up ahead of us fellow mafioso's and it doesn't look like things are gonna get any better.
Discuss what caused EM to go downhill and what we as a community can to do to change, reform, and help EM flourish again like in the good old days.
With your brain power, we can heal the community together, one step at a time.
EpicMafia is probably due for a complete artistic rehaul to pull in a new crowd, with that said everyone is going to scream and cry about it if it happens. the site also needs a new layout. The site is based on Facebook and new sites are coming out now so........... it should probably reflect some of that. And there are just a boat load of other things that are on the table for fixing. Lastly, other mafia sites are probably going to emerge with less role glitches and a wiki that explains each role better. ect. ect. ect. there is already a video based mafia that is gaining a lot of hype.

The amount of threads filled with complaints about this site ... seriously just leave it be. It's done. It's lasted a good while and we've had some good memories but it's time to move on. *Plays sad song* ... "It's been a long daaaaay... without you my friend... and I'll tell you all about it when I see you again..."

Wasn't necrobumping against the rules at some point
With this i am trying to say, that if i was a new player, i would hate the game and leave :/ Do you know why i stayed and played the game? Because after 1500 points i went in competitive and there was fun of people that play serious. I hate sandbox. People there are trash. i played there. No inteligence at all.
I repeat stuff since i joined. Guys, no one is gonn ado anything. no one cares. No one , will do anything. Stop complaining. I always complain and at the end 3 mods combined their powers to ban me! And then defended each other . Now 2 of them are gona, but the leader remains :/ never the less, i know no one is doing anything. We all know. And if something change, people just complain to Lucid and he just .......... makes the thing as they were... he always does this...... there is no change.
You don't have to make a thread pushing for something big, mate. Just the small things like encouraging people to make the community better and helping others out will eventually accumulate and result in attracting people to this site. Sites are run by people, not just by those who moderate it, so if a site changes then it's due to the people changing.

Well I joined the site like this.
At summer camp me and my friends liked mafia and board games a lot, but camp ended and there was none to play with, so I searched and found this site :D
