Yes he had it. After the roleswap there was no way for me to justify a lynch on him other than "Retti's AtE is town" and "I GUESS he didn't have the chance to lynch me since Dave would claim before I did (But he still probably could have easily done it)"
All he would have had to do was force NL and lynch Retti.
