From my understanding, it was a coding error. If a mod suspended him from the round so he wouldn't trophy and then unsuspended him, we're going to have some problems.

There's only one explanation. Insufferable is ether bronto/nikki and ninja suspended kyle right before the round ended then unsuspended him afterwards.
