if it's mod abuse to out alts its mod abuse to look up alts out of curiosity
You're right. That is mod abuse. You have no right using those tools unless it's necessary. Could you imagine if moderators could see email addresses linked to accounts (if they can't already) like you can on most forums?
actually, casually looking up alts is encouraged because it allowed for a much more informed view of any and all users when doing reports. i was encouraged to be as informed as possible

Can we just delete the forum please. This is a java mafia forum, not a java mafia website.
Regarding Inappropriate Content, it's a flexible rule that can be treated as harshly or softly as the individual moderator deems the circumstances require.
Every little thing that might classify under my rule may not necessarily garner a violation due to the circumstances of the times.
So please, overusing my rule is not a good idea.
the forums are used for more than just circlejerking, closing them would be a terrble idea
TBH, skype chats can meet that same requirement. Don't need EM forums to do it
yeah i and a lot of other em users i'm sure aren't going to install skype just to ask for a heart refund or pitch a role idea or whatever
Again, it depends on the circumstances in which the report is filed. We have our laces drawn tight right now, so things will skew towards vios, but not every *** thing is necessarily something rulebreaking.
Everything I've reported has been rulebreaking. Objectively. Please look at my reports and you will see.

There is a very objective line at what is more offensive than other things. A link to a Family Guy video or an image of album coverart with no nudity is objectively cleaner than a link that says "F***" 133 times or a comic that says "N****" and "F****"
It's my baby, I should know better than anyone how it works.
