They stopped emailing myself and our head developer after about two weeks of monitoring the content we tossed on websites. However, we don't deal with adsense in any way, so it might be different for that.

I should also note that I spoke to a different rep every time my boss asked me to touch base with them and ensure that there weren't any issues with what we were doing. Which is funny, because I had to dedicate about an hour of every single day to do this.

What's wrong with a fresh start in first place?

Completely cleaned up forums will allow mods to have better control and this time take the forums seriously with better starts than allowing people to randomly post here and there.

Hmm lets see, you just said you're deleting content based on adsense yet there's no topic talking about what we need to do. Unless you plan to have adsense forum monitors around at all time until a report feature is made, you really should be directing everyone to a topic to explain and declare the new forum rules.


I agree, which is why we'll be strictly enforcing what we have in place already, but if we deem anything questionable for now which might fall over the line, we'll give warnings of concern like I did on page 3.

It's a shame Lucid's first action was compliance. He really should have had a point of contact to walk through keeping this site's content here.

It doesn't make sense that one report results in deleting the site's content in a day.

Lucid was strict about the number before, otherwise I wouldn't mention it. Mods shouldnt need to do 100+ reports a week though.


100/week is 15/day, that isn't really an unobtainable goal.


On an average day 15 could be done in 45-50 minutes.

Something tells me that there's a bit of an overreaction to the adsense policy... Specifically regarding the profanity aspect of it. Everything else that's changing, however, should've been implemented on this website years ago. Especially the hate speech thing.

I know, that's why I said, I don't think it's still intact, could be wrong though. But iirc it was because over a number it becomes unmanageable, but with two admins on board, doubt that would be the case.

i'm sure having 1-2 mods dedicated to investigating cheating will be fine, especially if it means the rounds won't have to be paused at the end every single time.


It's almost like you haven't been here the past 4 years, I doubt the mods will ever plan to end a round on time over "conducting their investigation".
