i agree. sandbox mostly governs itself. even though we're the second largest lobby we really don't require any moderators. we don't mod our games and things like what happened with user entil don't happen frequently enough for site mods to not be the go-to for reports and handling of the community.
unless a series of situations present themselves in a form that would require moderators, there's no need.

on-topic it could work either way honestly, the lobby hasn't been the worst other than chatbox but who gives a fck about chatbox, and if eventually things take a turn for worse then she can appoint mods
it really doesn't matter either way, dont break the rules, no punishments, go on with your EM life.
