unless you make the rules stricter there's nothing that lobby mods will really have to do that can't be handled with a report

I also would not pick any of my friends as mods and would probably only get 1-2 who can cover these tasks when I'm not around.

I'm definitely willing to hear different peoples perspectives on this. From my experience, cub did a good job with sandbox without lobby mods but I would like a bit of moderation over chat in particular, as well as taking care of spam accounts and other miscellaneous minor details that were never really main focus of site mods.
