Welcome everyone to just another sandbox fiction that will probably be abandoned after the first few updates!
As you can tell this will be based in Danganronpa.
The basic idea of Danganronpa is a group of students trapped in a certain place, that will have to kill each other if they want to escape. Everytime there is a murder, there is an investigation by the rest of the group and then they will determinate who the murderer was. If they get it right, the murderer will get executed and everyone else carries on. If they guess it wrong, then the murderer will be free and EVERYONE ELSE will die instead.
In addition, every student goes to a school which focuses on having the best student of a particular thing. Example, the Ultimate Football Player, the Ultimate Lawyer and even more specific things like the Ultimate Meme Lord.
There is much more to it, but what would be the fun of spoiling it?
There will be a total of 16 students. One of them will be a protagonist not based on anyone, so that we can follow his/her story in the better unbiased way. Another one will be one based on me :^).
The other 14? That will be you guys. Complete the things below for a character. I'd much rather prefer they are characters based on yourself than something made up.
If there are more than 14 sign ups, then I will personally pick the characters that I find the most interesting, so make sure your character is good enough!
Here is a list with some titles for your Ultimate Talent, if you can't come up with anything, but feel free to make it up your own. I don't mind if you want to repeat some from the canon games/anime.
Take in mind: The characters are in High School, 17-18 years old. And the names would be better if they were something close to something that looks like a name, even if not your or an actual irl name.

Although his parents work full time jobs to place a roof over their head, they still spend a huge amount of time with him as they bring them along to their business to help him understand how deal with businesses work (the mother worked as a secretary of a huge company and would show how huge powers would constantly blackmail each other along with negotiations. Early on in his childhood, he was taught how to calmly negotiate with people over deals, understanding that people are greedy for power, and that some people are easily manipulated if you can find the words to convince them. Using this knowledge, he would apply this at school on his fellow peers, examining how they would react to certain situations. For example, he was successfully able to cause the leading candidates of the school student government election to be suspended after convincing each of them to destroy the others reputation through social media. As his little experiments were successes, he has concluded that the majority of people are greedy for power and can be easily manipulated through emotions to go over the line. The parents were well aware what Oran was doing; however they were proud of him and his findings. They even urged him to continue down this path to understand human beings more and enlighten himself of how the world runs, which of course was greed in his eyes. They truly wanted their son to succeed in life; however this would take a toll for the worst as he developed the mindset of becoming a great power in the world. He wants to achieve success in order to repay his parents for his childhood that he was given and is willing to "eliminate" anyone from taking this chance.

Analytic: As one that doesn't act first, he allows others to act without hesitation while taking a step back to understand the situation at hand. He allows himself to analyze situations intently rather than going in blind. Furthermore, when he engages in conversations he will not allow himself to speak freely through his emotions, rather he would talk calmly and logically (logically according to him).
Critical: When it comes to logical reasoning, he doesn't sugarcoat what he needs to say. By his fellow peers, he can be seen as a pessimist as some of his statements are rather negative; however he refers to himself as a realist. This is a displeasure to many as he may ruin the current mood of the room and may cause grudges against him as he may criticize individuals in general.
Practical: As stated, he believes knowledge is key rather than the emotions of the individual. He believes that the emotions of the individual is what allows them to make haste decisions and is the reason why the world cannot function smoothly. This often leads him to looking at his fellow peers in disgust if they were to make an idiotic comment or claim.

Physical appearance and clothing: Short and painfully thin. Skin pale as a ghost's asscrack. Knee length greasy black hair the-grudge-style and thick glasses from staring at screens in the dark his whole life. Surprisingly pretty facial features used to catfish guys online. Has a large collection of kigurumi pyjamas as his only clothes.
Personality: Mute and shy in person. Will not make any eye contact and god forbid a girl try to touch him. Take away his phones and he won't talk at all. Online/typing personality has a hyper emoji spamming typing style with a lot of cutesy mannerisms.
Past: Hasn't seen the light of the sun since the tender age of 3. Hasn't physically talked to another human(other than his parents) since 5. If he has to talk he types on one of approximately 13 smartphones he carries on him at all times. Earns a decent income through an anime/game/tech review blog to fund his lifestyle. Subsists entirely on a diet of doritos, mountain dew and instant ramen. Anime figurine collection numbers over 2000.

Personality: Persona(lity) changes for whichever mask is on the outside layer.
Past: Developed a personality disorder, and an obsession with covering up his face after seeing his best friend roasted.

Name: Lin Yuan Gender: Female Ultimate title: Ultimate Kite Flyer Personal appearance and clothing: She wears a red, short sleeved traditional Chinese hanfu with a light silver flower pattern over the right shoulder reaching around to just above the breast. Her pants are short and black (simple), and her shoes are gold simple slip ons with two small blue stars on the tips. She has boy-short black hair and bright, excited looking grey eyes. Personality: She is outwardly fun and outgoing, as well as playful and teasing; but she is actually quite a diligent worker when it comes to kite making. Her kites are extravagant and huge, and can sometimes include fireworks and can range to weaponry both small and large. Her kites are mostly used as distractions when it comes to larger tasks- you can say she's a master distracter, which makes her a curious and somewhat chatty person. She'll ask someone a million questions wanting to know every detail of them. Past: She comes from a suburban Chinese town where her parents owned a crafts store. Her father was involved in some shady business but fell ill and was unable to complete said shady tasks to whom he owned money to, which caused the go-getting Lin to use her childhood love of kite making to use a distraction to help her father. (lol i don't have this story fully devolved sorry!!) In some sort of twists she found kite making to be her passion and was thus commissioned for small hobby projects to serious ones alike. Her parents still run the crafts store along with her toddler brother now a days, but her father still has trouble walking without a cane. She chose to come to school for "a change of pace". Personality: Incredibly shy and soft-spoken (right now). She hates memes with a passion. Actually very cynical and opinionated, but has an irrational fear that someone will recognize her as "memesus" if she speaks too loudly. She creates aliases to avoid recognition; her persona often reflecting her current mood. Right now, being a moody teen, she introduces herself as "Rain".
Past: Came to fame on the internet when a video spread like wildfire of Rain, as a baby, imitating several notorious internet memes, leading her to be dubbed "Memesus" by forum users in the dregs of the world wide web. The video conveniently included all her personal information int he description; and so her shrieks haunted her from childhood throughout adolescence no matter where she went. Forever embarrassed, she's put her hood up to hide from the world and never put it down.
Physical appearance and clothing: Shoulder length black wavy hair, dull grey eyes that look slightly bloodshot, sickly looking pale skin, thin build and average height.
Personality: Very shy, clumsy, withdrawn, sarcastic at times, and very paranoid. Is also very obsessive
Past: She won't reveal much of her past but the accepted rumour around school is that she likes to participate in sacrificial rituals. The rumours started after Kira attended a party at Miranda's house, during which Kira and Miranda's cat Whiskers went missing. Is the leader of the school's Occult Club.
