As for this other argument that I've already gone through how it's wrong, is randomly shooting in 6 players not enough for it to be hipfire?
Right, so you're saying if the setup was 7 players day start with sheriff + 3 mafia, then it's okay for the sheriff to instantly shooting (since it'd be 3/6 chance of him shooting mafia)? The game would instantly end if sheriff shoots a town in this case. That's why this other argument is trash even if it was true.

That hell yeah strat is annoying and obviously intended to hipfire.
4 players hadn't even spoke, 2 players said 1 line, 1 player quoted and said the same thing twice and another 1 player (JM123, arguably the only who could possibly be read) had said a few lines. Marco said 1 line which was "i am blue finally". This could easily be forced, it's no where near enough to generate a read upon him. It's a far stretch to say he TR'ed him based on that
2 - The gun shot being ~15 seconds into the game. This is far too early for it to not be a hipfire. There can't be any genuine thought process as he wouldn't be able to analyze content and gather reads that quickly.
3 - The fact that it was expose/solace who were arguing his defence being that he PoE'd the shot whilst dzanek in fact admitted his shot was based on luck.

He never actually lied about it, he did say in the original report filed that he hipfired and more clearly explained his shot was based on luck in https://epicmafia.com/topic/78528

I don't think anyone can PoE in 15 seconds and when the reads don't include every player, so dzanek obviously hipfired and then lied about it
I mean it's pretty straight forward also the fact that expose/solace were doing the defence for dzanek (the defence itself being far stretched; claiming there was sufficient context), rather than dzanek himself saying his thought process as to if he PoE'd the shot (dzanek in fact stated in the other thread that his shot was based on luck).
I'm fighting this for the integrity of competitive mafia. This should've been ruled as GT and the game should've been refunded.
Solace drifted away from the argument and attempted to justify his decision with "we're trying to be more lenient" and "he was given a verbal warning", rather than actually arguing how it wasn't GT (well he tried arguing how it wasn't at the start of this topic until I defeated him via logic).
How is this not a hipfire?
