Before noavis, you should talk about Anime Avatars.

They could honestly keep the current no avi picture as one of the options. As long as it wasn't the default, genuine no avi's wouldn't have it. It would become mostly people like linker or policylynch who genuinely prefer it. (although they might start to like it less..)
