Petition to make avatars mandatory

I would like to propose a petition to make avatars mandatory to stop noavis from existing.

reasons:

1)we would look down on that person because of no avatar

2)people would have a reason to play bad because they have no avatar, therefore no means of identification (no face)

3)people will stop using "ignore him, he's a noavi" as a defense in games

Funnily enough, Lucid and I have been discussing the new standard avatar because we feel the current noavi is breaking up gameplay slightly.

I endorse this. I led the Noavi Policy group back in 2012. It's sad to see this attempt at equality now a days. This proposition is exactly what we needed. We must reform and make the Noavis non-existent.
