The point of him appearing as a normal cop is so he can't hard-claim his role. Of course, the distinction between "votes" and "chooses" would probably give it away anyway in its current state... lucid would have to fix that so it is a vote.

Basically a cop that doesn't share a meeting. For setups where someone may want two real Cops, but not for them to know eachother, for example.
