I think it'd be awesome! But Night Owl should just have a 'end meeting' option in case they wanna take their time and talk, in case everyone else is fast.

So it's a night-time Town Crier? Sounds kind of cool but at the same time it doesn't feel very necessary. I think Crier does the same thing and perhaps better since he can talk during the day discussion.

I figured it'd be like a clear who can out foses and reads at night, and town and mafia could try to figure out who the night owl is by the way they type
